Return & Refund Policy – Allegria Store
At Allegria, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you through the process as smoothly as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Returns outside of the 30-day window may be refused or eligible for a partial refund only.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care, hygiene, or sanitary items (if opened)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Downloadable software or digital content
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us at info@allegria.store to initiate an exchange request.
4. Refund Conditions
- All refund requests must be authorized in advance.
- You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the product to support your claim.
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, including all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Refunds may be partial if:
- The item is used or shows signs of wear.
- Packaging is missing or damaged.
- Any components are missing.
5. Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please allow additional time depending on your payment provider.
6. Shipping Returns
- Contact info@allegria.store to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address.
- Returns sent without authorization may be rejected or delayed.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. International Partner Warehouses – Important Notice
To reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint, Allegria Toy Store partners with trusted global suppliers from the US, China, Belgium, Malaysia, and Korea. We ship directly from our factories and warehouses to ensure high quality, low cost, and efficient delivery. Because of this, returns may be required to be sent to one of our international partner warehouses, depending on your region and the product you received.
8. EU Consumer Rights – Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- The item must be in unused, resaleable condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
