Yes! Shipping is free worldwide on all items at Allegria Toy Store.
HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING PROCESS WORK?
To reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint, Allegria Toy Store partners with trusted global suppliers from the US, China, Belgium, Malaysia, and Korea. We ship directly from our factories and warehouses to ensure high quality, low cost, and efficient delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped directly from one of our domestic or international warehouses. We do our best to get your toys to you as quickly as possible!

Please note: we don’t ship on weekends or holidays. During peak periods like Christmas, processing and shipping may take slightly longer.
Choosing Priority Processing & Shipping will move your order to the front of the queue, which can save up to 7 days during busy times.
WHY DO MY ITEMS ARRIVE SEPARATELY?
If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers. This is because items might ship from different warehouses based on availability. To avoid delays, we ship items as soon as they're ready—even if that means sending them in multiple packages.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS STUCK OR LOST IN TRANSIT?
All orders are shipped with insurance. If your package is lost, delayed, or returned, we’ll do our best to help. While postal issues are beyond our control, we will reship your items with tracking whenever possible.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an Order Acknowledgement Email. When your order ships, you’ll get a Shipment Confirmation Email with tracking information.
Please allow a short delay for tracking to update. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property or ask neighbors and family. If still missing, email us at info@allegria.store and we’ll help.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR TAXES?
Prices listed on our site are tax-free in USD. You may be charged customs duties or VAT upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are your responsibility and are not covered by us.
From our experience, only some Scandinavian and Northern EU countries may require VAT or admin fees. Most deliveries to the USA, Canada, Germany, France, and Asia do not incur additional charges.
